For those of you who have stayed at Dolphin Lookout previously you will be thrilled to know that we have made some rather major renovations to make Dolphin Lookout even better. What was once the only bathroom in the house, has now been remodelled and made into a private ensuite for the master bedroom. Then we built a brand new large modern main bathroom, so the property now boasts two bathrooms which I’m sure everyone will appreciate. Not only that but all three bedrooms have been recarpeted, and fitted with brand new beds. The third bedroom has even been enlarged.

In the Master we fitted sliding doors so you can just walk out onto the deck to be closer to nature.

The kitchen has been fitted a modern full size fridge freezer. And in the new entrance we have a pantry cupboard, and even a small freezer. A nice extractor fan is a new addition to the kitchen as well.

Outdoor Living

Best of all – we have enlarged the deck  considerably giving you room to enjoy the large comfortable outdoor sofa. We have put in large sliding doors from the living area to the new deck, so you have the feeling of indoor/outdoor living. A fantastic WeberQ BBQ for alfresco cooking has all your outdoor needs covered. From the deck you have wonderful panoramic views right from Grants Lagoon, Binalong Bay Beach, as well as the whole of the Bay of Fires – right up to Eddystone lighthouse. With native plants growing right up to the deck, the birdlife is amazing. And it is all very private and exclusive to you.

Undercover Parking

Even the carport has been extended to you don’t have to get wet when accessing the house from your car.
